Our first Wellesley computer service call was in 2001. A Wellesley family wanted to Network together several PCs and an iMac to share their DSL connection through phone-line networking (a technology that was made obsolete by the introduction of wifi). In addition to setting up the network, we also found the Father's laptop to be infected with the Klez virus and did a cleanup on it.
Since 2001 we have helped more than 400 families and small businesses in Wellesley with their computers, networking, and gadgets.
We're not a franchise or some humungous national corporation. We are a small locally owned and operated computer repair and computer service company. We started out In Lexington and have expanded to cover all of eastern Massachusetts.
We've built our local computer service business to provide the best quality and experience available to our Wellesley customers. Our geeks are not inexperienced kids put through a crash-course in computer repair. On average, our geeks have 10+ years of IT industry experience, and most have been with us, honing their skills as cream-of-the-crop in-home computer support technicians for five or more years!
